Can I/We return custom-made product ?
No, unless there is a manufacturing fault. All custom made products are designed upon and after the confirmation of the order from your end. Kindly remember to check Shrey’s size chart before placing the final order to avoid any confusion.
Do I need to design teamwear by myself / ourselves ?
At Shrey, we assign dedicated team support which will co-ordinate with you from quotation generation to design approval and dispatching. In short, you / your team can focus on the game, leaving the designing work to our reliable craftsmen.
How long will it take to deliver required custom teamwear ?
Normally, for bespoke category products, we try our best to deliver within 15 working days. For more details on delivery time frame, please go through our delivery and returns policy document or contact our customer support team.
